Returns/Warranty Policy


Customers have 7 days to check the product & report Dead-on-Arrival (DOA). Although highly unlikely, please contact us as soon as possible if you find such problem.   If for any reason during the 7 day inspection period you want to return the product for refund, you will be charged 20% restocking fees.   All the products can only be accepted if they have proper product number. Please request your product number before returning the product.   Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.   Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable   Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We work with our distributors to guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to fully enjoy your purchase.   Warranty is strictly limited to technical problems. Any problems involving physical damage or breakage to the product is not covered.
